Let us know a little bit about you and where you want to go! Whether its a weekend getaway to Napa or a two-week honeymoon to Mykonos, complete our questionnaire on our contact us page or by clicking here. Having trouble narrowing down a place? No worries! Just complete as much as you can.


Second.

We will contact you to schedule a complimentary consultation where we can discuss any associated planning fees and more about how the process works. At the end of our call, we’ll send a copy of our electronic contract for you to review and sign.


Third.

We will become your eyes and ears to the world and begin designing your personalized trip! We’ll schedule a preliminary call to discuss your past and future travel and what’s important to you and what you’re hoping to experience.

You will receive itinerary suggestions and hotel recommendations based on your individual preferences. Once everything is perfected, we will book everything on your behalf. You just pack up that carryon and enjoy!

Service Options

WHIT Travel is a boutique, luxury travel concierge with a limited client roster, and operates only on referral basis. We work directly with clients to match them with accommodations and experiences individually suited to their preferences and needs. 

Each itinerary we plan is custom, and we work exclusively with luxury 5* hotels and travel operators. We are able to coordinate the following aspects of travel :

Charters - Cruises - Event Tickets - Hotels - Private Aviation - Private Touring - Rental Cars - Safaris - Transfers - Travel Insurance - Villas

  • For clients who have the hotel or cruise previously selected but want to take advantage of the VIP perks like included breakfast, hotel credits, and priority upgrade opportunities available by booking the hotel through our team.

  • Complete touchdown to takeoff planning for clients who prefer the highest level of support with nearly every part of their trip customized and coordinated. This service includes a custom accommodation proposal with up to three hotel options and booking of client hotel selection, coordination of airport transfers, touring and dining. Clients will also gain access to an interactive complete online itinerary with included smartphone app membership.

  • A highly tailored level of planning for clients looking to embark on a safari journey. Every detail from charter flights, transfers, lodging and packing guidance provided in a custom, online itinerary.

  • Designed for travelers who value time, privacy and service. Ideal for those who take multiple trips each year and prefer a dedicated advisor.

    The yearly retainer membership includes full-service planning for unlimited trips - from air travel and transfers to dining reservations, private guides, and immersive experiences, so every element of your trip is flawlessly coordinated.
