What clients can expect :

We’re not into rushed tours of overplayed attractions. We’re into stopping by a craftsman leather shop nestled off a piazza. We’re into the nine table, local-frequented café many blocks from the tourist traps of Montmartre. We believe travel is an extension of who you are, and you weren’t meant to sit sweating on a crowded bus, or shuffled along in a stuffy museum.

Our process is tailored to your individual travel preferences. This part of the trip design process takes a bit of time. These aren’t canned hotel picks for each city we have lined up, they’re hand-selected based on your taste, personality and travel history. This is travel at its most personalized. This process is about tailoring your trip to exactly how you envisioned it to be.

Our hotel options range from 4* to 5* depending on your preferences and budget options. We want to send clients to properties that feel luxurious, but don’t price them out of enjoying the rest of their trip. However, we usually don’t drop below the 3* rating to control the quality of hotels we stand behind.


How we’re compensated :

We work on a fee + commission basis. Which means we charge an upfront fee for our service and potentially make commission on the hotel we book on your behalf.

Our fee is to protect our investment in you. Nearly 90% of a travel advisor’s job is done on the front end of a trip, and the fee is a layer of protection to assure we are properly compensated for the vast amount of effort put in upfront designing your custom trip and in sharing knowledge with you we’ve spent years collecting.

These fees mean we can give your trip 100% of our attention. We can dedicate the time when you want to make last minute changes to your trip. When COVID entry requirements change overnight, we have already emailed you and explained the update. It’s because we will be there if something goes wrong.

Travel advisor commissions are a percentage a hotel honors an agent for connecting them with a guest and for driving business to the property. It’s usually small, 5 - 10% of the room rate, but if we weren’t making any commission we would have to charge higher fees.

Something to note, is commission is paid only AFTER clients’ travel is completed. And if our clients don’t travel for any reason? We don’t get paid.

Charging for our services also allows us to be what we like to call commission blind. Some agents won’t book certain properties because they don’t honor commissions, even though they might be the right fit for a client. Or they push for certain hotels because they have negotiated a higher rate. We won’t ever suggest a hotel solely based on their promise to pay commission, we recommend a property because we absolutely adore it and we think you will too.


Base Itinerary Design, which includes destination consultation, hotel bookings, VIP perks and private transfer arrangement, we charge a flat rate depending on the length of your trip starting at $350.

Full Itinerary Design, which includes everything in our base level of service plus customized tours, restaurant and spa appointment bookings, and customized, self-guided recommendations for your trip, we charge a daily rate dependent on your destination and the number of travelers.

Simple Hotel Bookings, for established clients including VIP status and perks are always complimentary.
